If you thought that a Tablet PC was a good idea, and ultraportables were good too, you were right. Microsoft’s Tablet PC’s problem was price, not format. The Asus EEE is the proof.

What you got: strict DRM, lock in, books not much cheaper, a keyboard, no give, no lend, no share, pay-per-read, ugly, pricey.
